I. Purpose of pipe mold:
The pipe mold is mainly used for the production of stainless steel profiles, copper, aluminum, iron profiles and high-frequency welded pipes. Quality determines whether a product is good or bad.
Two, the working principle of the pipe mold:
Tube die
The steel strip is sent to more than 4 sets of coiled tubular molding die, then welded into tubular shape by argon arc welding or high frequency welding in the welding area, then pressed into standard size more than 2 sets of molding die, and then cut with a fixed size wound or cut. There are many ways to determine the size, such as a simple point at a certain length of the discharge port on the micro switch, extending the tube to the switch after the trigger circuit control cutting wheel action to cut the tube.
